Objective: Create an engaging monthly newsletter with unique content to engage current providers and BioTE employees

My role: I worked with the design team and Marketing Director to determine newsletter content and track results. Utilizing my analysis, we adjusted subject lines utilizing A/B testing, linked to informative research, and more direct CTAs for our products and announcements.

Closing the gap between sales and docs

Category: Health + Wellness

Objective: Generate brand awareness and provider leads through national trade shows​

My role: I facilitated participation in trade shows across the country with more than 400 attendees per show. I coordinated booth selection, speaker opportunities, and marketing materials. In order to streamline the lead capture process, I created a digital lead capture form that integrated directly with BioTE's CRM system.

Fun & food-fueled sales event

Category: Automotive

Objective: Create a unique launch event for the new Lincoln MKX for Jack Schmitt Ford-Lincoln

My role: I created the concept for a launch event that includes food trucks and a movie night to attract younger buyers and create brand loyalty. The event was named Indulgence, after the Lincoln Black Label package. The dealership created an event page on their website, as well as event posters and print campaigns mailed within the community. To drive social, we created a Facebook event as well as the hashtag #indulgence to drive social engagement. In addition, I worked with the dealership to secure an exclusive advertising partnership with Sauce, a local food magazine, to promote the event and drive traffic across the St. Louis/Collinsville area.

Objective: Increase social engagement and drive new students to the business using unique content and consistent design

My role: I created new content that was relevant to our studio, showcasing our students and our instructors. I promoted our events and classes, while including inspiring and relatable quotes that generated conversation. I also handled all customer questions and concerns through Facebook and Instagram. By utilizing personalized copy and design, I was able to broaden our reach and keep our students engaged and the business growing.
